This week, we have been learning how to add voice and emotion to our writing. The reader should be able to work our what your character is like through what they say. We planned our stories with a friend and then wrote the stories on our own. When they are finished, we can compare and see how different they are. We were enjoying our writing so much, and were so proud of it that we wanted to share with a friend or two…
This Thursday (8th May) we are lucky enough to be getting some Football Taster Sessions. Our slot is from 9 – 9.50 so to make the most of this, please try to come to school dressed and ready to play. You don’t need to wear PE kit if you don’t want to but please make sure you have appropriate footwear on (trainers).
Keep Saturday 24th May from 12.00-3.00 free as it’s our annual Crown Summer Fete!
